Nashville, Tennessee-based singer/songwriter, Joshua Ketchmark, delivers the third single from his album, Blood, with the song, “Death Trap.” Joshua Ketchmark is an American musician who released his debut album, List of Regrets, in 2008. His latest release, Blood, is his 10th studio album, and a nostalgic piece of Americana based upon Joshua’s experiences growing up in the Midwest. The third single from this album is entitled, “Death Trap,” and is a somber ballad featuring simple yet emotionally gripping melodies from twangy guitars and string pads. Joshua delivers a powerful vocal performance detailing a dangerous ride through a winter night, relating it to overcoming life’s obstacles. Joshua Ketchmark’s latest single is an inspirational indie-folk ballad and the perfect addition to any Americana or acoustic playlist.
