Occurrence – “Heels Over Head”

New York City, New York-based indie-pop band, Occurrence, delivers an new single from their upcoming album with the song, “Heels Over Head.” Occurrence is and electronic-pop trio composed of members, Ken Urban (electronics), Cat Hollyer (vocals), and Johnny Hager (vocals), who released their debut album, The Past Will Last Forever in 2016. Their latest single, “Heels Over Head,” is an uplifting pop hit featuring lush, fluttering synths, deep bass, and slapping drums, setting the joyful tone and warm soundscape over which the playful vocal performance is laid down. The track comes from Occurrence’s upcoming album, Slow Violence, which is scheduled for release on April 7th, 2023. The latest single from Occurrence, “Heels Over Head,” is a cheerful synth pop banger and the perfect addition to any indie-pop playlist.
