North Carolina-based rap artist, Dolla Bill, gets away from it all on his new single, “Slammin’.” Dolla Bill is the rap alter-ego of multi-genre musician, Will Francis. His latest release, “Slammin'” is a reggae infused party anthem about escaping the US for a tropical paradise.
