Brisbane, Australia-based musician, John Leslie, returns with the new single, “The History of Sugar.” John Leslie is a singer/songwriter who released his debut single, “Town of Love,” in 2020. His latest release, “The History of Sugar,” is a beautiful Americana romp telling the story of two people who have move on with their lives after a fling. Featuring guitarist, Peter Koppes, the song is fueled by lush guitar, groovy bass, and jazzy drums. John serenades the listener with a smooth vocal performance.
