MVI (Mark Vickness Interconnected) is a musical collective founded by guitar legend Mark Vickness. Their debut album, In The Rain Shadow, is a captivating progressive rock project inspired by Mark’s time in California’s Owens Valley. Many songs on the album are named after the meteorological events that take place in Mark’s dessert home. The album, In the Rain Shadow, present a cinematic atmosphere that takes it’s listeners straight to the dessert. While listening to the album, it is easy to picture a dessert landscape and immerse yourself in the scenery.
