Their debut album, In The Rain Shadow, is a captivating progressive rock project inspired by Mark’s time in California’s Owens Valley. Mark stated that Owens Valley is located on the sheltered side of a mountain range leading to less rainfall, hence the meteorological term, rain shadow. Many songs on the album are named after the meteorological events that take place in Mark’s dessert home.
