New York City, New York-based alternative rock artist Anjalts presents her eighth single of 2023, with the release of, “War Is so Primitive.” Anjalts is a talented singer/songwriter who is fresh off of the release of her highly-acclaimed album, Air to Fire. Her latest single, “War Is so Primitive,” is a gritty alternative rock jam with nostalgic 80s vibes. The instrumentation is highlighted by brooding guitars, rugged bass, and rolling drums that set up a grungy soundscape. Anjalts delivers a delicate, but moody vocal performance in which she calls for the audience to come to the understanding that war is primitive and destructive for humanity. The track is set to be released as a part of the artist’s upcoming album, Bluency, which is set to be released this year.
