Kolbak – “Play Time”

Posted on December 30, 2023December 30, 2023 By James Kerr

Amsterdam, Netherlands-based indie rock band Kolbak returns with the new single “Play Time.” Kolbak is a rock band consisting of members Harold Pflug (guitar/singer/songwriter), Ronald van der Vaart (bass guitar), and Martin Voigt (drums). Following up the release of their highly-acclaimed 2022 album, To the Teeth, the band is back with a new single. “Play Time” is an upbeat indie rock jam fueled by crisp guitar riffs, driving bass, and energetic drums. Harold delivers a bold vocal performance that portrays the innocence lost by children affected by war. Inspired by the events that took place during the Syrian Civil War, the lyricism speaks on how conflict is a part of human nature while giving an outlet for those who may be personally affected by war. Kolbak’s new single “Play Time” is a captivating rock hit and the perfect addition to any indie playlist. Learn more about Kolbak on their official website and listen to “Play Time” below.

“Play Time” by Kolbak was released to digital streaming platforms on December 22nd, 2023 and is now playing on Indie Rock Hits.
