Posted on March 28, 2024March 28, 2024 By James Kerr

Brooklyn, New York-based alternative folk artist Aoun presents his third single “Shears”. Aoun is a talented singer/songwriter who is preparing the release of the highly-anticipated album, The Shepard & All Her Beautiful Sheep. Wrote and performed in collaboration with Big Dumb Baby, his new single “Shears” blends elements of soft rock, indie folk, and alternative. The band, comprised of members, Aoun (Guitar/Vocals), Guillermo Goldschmied (Bass), Eli Fowler (Drums), Sean Brennan (Cello), and Tree
Palmedo (Trumpet), come together to develop a cold and haunting atmosphere. Aoun and Big Dumb Baby deliver chilling vocal performances that capture the listeners attention from the start. The combination results in an enthralling slow burn that reflects honestly on the ending of a relationship. Aoun’s new single “Shears” is a captivating folk song and the perfect addition to any alternative playlist. Learn more about Aoun on his official website and listen to “Shears” below.

“Shears” by Aoun and Big Dumb Baby was released to digital streaming platforms on March 19th, 2024 and is now playing on Indie Rock Hits.
