Mystic, Connecticut-based indie band Delta of Venus reunites on the new single “Disengaged.” Delta of Venus is a newly reformed band spearheaded by musician Ellery Twining who recently made waves with his 2023 EP, RESULTS. Their debut single “Disengaged” is a shoegaze jam that blends elements of art pop, indie rock, and post-punk. Hazy guitar riffs, fuzzy bass licks, and stiff drums immerse the listener in a dream soundscape. The band’s vocalist, Issy, provides an enchanting vocal performance that cascades along the rich instrumentation.
