Los Angeles, California-based darkwave band, Night Tongue, remixes their 2019 single, “The Flood.” Night Tongue is a musical duo composed of Carisa Bianca Mellado (vocals, bass, synth) and Andrew Dalziell (vocals, guitar, cello, drums), who are originally from Australia, but know live in LA. The Dark Light Remix of the song “The Flood” utilizes ethereal synths and swelling string ensembles paired with Carisa’s eerie vocals to slowly build upon an emotional journey, exploring a dark, yet vulnerable space.
