PolSky – “Halcyon Daze”

Posted on October 1, 2022October 1, 2022 By James Kerr

London, United Kingdom-based indie-rock band, PolSky, deliver the second single off of their upcoming album with the song, “Halcyon Daze.” PolSky is an electro-pop band which evolved from laptop productions of Kris Warren (vocals, guitar), and became a fully-formed band including members, Ben Warn (keyboards), Alex Robertson (drums), and Chris Norman (bass). Their new single, “Halcyon Daze,” is inspired by the sounds of The Cure, Bloc Party, and Bryan Ferry. The song is a high-paced, nostalgic synth rock banger featuring rugged bass, driven guitar riffs, and retro synths. Speaking on the track, PolSky says, “This song is an introspective romp forcing us to take a look into a future we’re heading towards, which is now.” PolSky’s, “Halcyon Daze,” is a modern synth rock classic and the perfect addition to any indie-rock or alt-pop playlist. “Halcyon Daze” by PolSky was released to digital streaming platforms on September 16th, 2022 and is now playing on Senocular Top Picks.
