North Carolina-based musician, Will Francis, debuts his cover version of the Billy Joel classic, “Vienna.” Will Francis is a singer/songwriter who is fresh off of the release of his single, “Chill in my Bone.” His recent release, “Vienna,” sees Will put his own twist and nuisances on Billy Joel’s 1997 hit. Will delivers an emotional vocal performance over delicate piano melodies and percussion. Will, who has been performing as an MC in North Carolina under the name, Dolla Bill, says he chose to cover “Vienna,” because it is his favorite Billy Joel song, but also found himself interested in the song’s backstory after reading interviews. Will Francis’s new release, “Vienna,” is a nostalgic soft rock experience and the perfect addition to any singer/songwriter playlist.
