Honeycub – “Can’t Deny It”

Posted on October 10, 2022October 10, 2022 By James Kerr

Leeds, United Kingdom-based rock band, Honeycub, delivers their third single of 2022 with the song, “Can’t Deny It.” Honeycub is a 3-peice alt-rock band which was formed in 2018 by members, Ollie Wilson (Vocals/Guitars), Eddie Dawson (Bass), and Charlie Lord (Drums). Their latest single, “Can’t Deny It,” is a nostalgic rock jam reminiscent of 90’s pop rock influences, Weezer, Dinosaur Pile-Up, and Blur. The song features rugged guitar riffs, driven bass, and crisp drums, which set the pace for the angsty tone of the song. Lyrically, “Can’t Deny It” is a relatable song as it deals with the anxiousness of the Covid-19 lockdowns and the feeling of being stuck inside hoping for change. Honeycub’s, “Can’t Deny It,” is a great late Summer jam and the perfect addition to any indie rock or pop-rock playlist. Learn more about Honeycub on their official website and listen to “Can’t Deny It” below.

“Can’t Deny It” by Honeycub was released to digital streaming platforms on September 29th, 2022 and is now playing on Senocular Top Picks.
