Alpha Mortal Foxtrot – “Spectrum”

Posted on October 12, 2022October 12, 2022 By James Kerr

Jakarta, Indonesia-based indie rock band, Alpha Mortal Foxtrot, reemerges with the new single, “Spectrum.” Alpha Mortal Foxtrot is a alt-rock trio composed of members, Wiku Anindito (vocals/guitar), Raiden Soedjono (drums), and Ricky Putra (guitar), who formed the group in 2019. Their new single, “Spectrum,” is an explosively colorful rock ballad with crisp guitars riffs, pounding drums, and nostalgic vocals. The song was inspired by Wiku’s autistic son, Anantara, and him as a father wanting to connect with his son on a deeper level. Speaking on the song’s meaning, Wiku stated, “He only started speaking when he was five years old, so this song was my promise to him that even if he couldn’t speak, I would try to learn his language.” Alpha Mortal Foxtrot’s new single, “Spectrum,” is an emotion hybric rock jam and the perfect addition to any indie rock or alt-rock playlist.

“Spectrum” by Alpha Mortal Foxtrot was released to digital streaming platforms on September 30th, 2022 and is now playing on Senocular Top Picks.
