Coaticook, Canada-based indie rock artist, Marcus Quirion, follows up his 2021 album, Garder le coeur au niveau, with his new single, “Filet désert.” Marcus Quirion is a singer/songwriter who has been active in the music scene for many years, having released his debut solo album, La phobie des grandeurs, in 2018, His latest single, “Filet désert” is a catchy indie rock jam with beautiful synths, western-style guitar riffs, groovy bass, and huge drums. Marcus says the he wrote the song to be as much autibiographical as well as a reflection of his audience, stating, “We are not telling ourselves a story, we are trying to see things as accurately as they are.” Marcus Quirion’s latest single, “Filet désert” is a wonderous indie rock song and the perfect addition to any rock-pop or art rock playlist.
