Faerie – “k-town”

New York City, New York-based indie-pop artist, Faerie, delivers her first single of 2022 with the song, “k-town.” Faerie is the solo project of 26-year-old singer/songwriter, Christine Lam, who has continued building momentum after the release of her 2021 EP, 2am. Her latest single, “k-town,” is a dreamy indie-pop jam his groovy bass and alluring synths. Produced by, LA producer, Matty Bedrosian, the song itself, as well as Faerie’s vocal presence, is reminiscent of an old Fleetwood Mack song updated for the times. Lyrically, Faerie revisits suppressed trauma and memories from her teenage years. The latest single from Faerie, is a nostalgic indie-pop jam and the perfect addition to any dream-pop playlist.
