Brighton, United Kingdom-based indie artist, Little Tealeif, delivers the first single from his EP, Charcoal, with the song, “Pedestal People.” Little Tealeif is a multi-genre artist who made his debut with “Pedestal People,” in November of 2022. His brand of gritty electro-pop shine on this track with rugged synths, hypnotic guitar riffs, groovy bass, and focus drums patterns. Little Tealeif lays down an energetic and angsty vocal performance with a haunting presence. Speaking on the track, Little Tealeif stated, “Pedestal People was written about acquaintances who had their lives together and I was a little bit jealous of that.
