The Official 4PM – “What Can I Say”

Posted on February 21, 2023February 21, 2023 By James Kerr

Baltimore, Maryland-based R&B group, The Official 4PM, delivers their first single of 2023 with the new song, “What Can I Say.” The Official 4PM is the revival of 90s R&B sensation, 4 P.M., who released their debut album, Now’s The Time, in 1995. After splitting and reforming, the group has returned and are releasing new music. Their latest single, “What Can I Say,” is a sensual R&B track with tropical vibes. The song fuses smooth soul with island percussion which adds the right amount of spiciness to elevate the extraordinary vocal performances. Lyrically, the song details a man struggling to find a way to make it up to his partner after cheating, and not having the words to say. The Official 4PM’s new single, “What Can I Say,” is a reggae-fueled soul hit and the perfect addition to any R&B playlist. Learn more about The Official 4Pm on their official website, and watch the music video for “What Can I Say” below.

“What Can I Say” by The Official 4PM was released to digital streaming platforms on February 17th, 2023 and is now playing on Purple Cadillac: Soul Vibes.
