Casablanca, Morocco-based indie rock band, Lazywall, deliver their new single, “Kan Hez Yeddi.” Lazywall is a alternative rock trio formed by brothers, Nao, Youssef, and Monz, who signed to Warner Spain, and began recording their debut EP, Primal Tapes. Their latest single, “Kan Hez Yeddi,” is grungy rock anthem, sung in Arabic, which declares, “No human being should be illegal.” The song encompasses elements of 90’s grunge rock with Middle Eastern influence. The band sets out to deliver a potent message. Speaking on their decision to write songs in Arabic, the band stated, “We don’t talk about politics because we don’t care. We don’t talk about religion because it’s a personal thing. But singing about that underage girl who was forced to marry her rapist is tough in any language.” Lazywall’s new single, “Kan Hez Yeddi,” is a powerful rock anthem and the perfect addition to any hard rock playlist.
