Posted on October 31, 2023October 31, 2023 By James Kerr

Pittsburg, Pennsylvania-based alternative rock band 3 Leagues to Rome presents their EP, Tolerance is Dead. 3 Leagues to Rome is a rock band consisting of members, Steve Mutchler (vocals/guitar), Brian Mutchler (drums), Paul Baker (rhythm guitar), Dave Boggs (lead guitar/keys), and Dan Stead (bass), who released their debut single, “Slipping Away,” in 2021. Their 2022 EP, Tolerance is Dead, is a dynamic indie rock project featuring four track that displays the band’s growth and versatility. Leading off with the song, “Truth In Reverse,” 3 Leagues to Rome delivers a nostalgic 90’s rock romp fueled by moody vocals, melodic guitars, and bold drums. Track two, “Undecided,” is an empowering hit dedicated to lost souls looking for their next move in life. The EP closes with the electrifying rock anthem, “Name Without a Song,” which brings a different energy to the project with it’s wailing guitars and soaring chorus. 3 Leagues to Rome’s EP, Tolerance is Dead, is a magnificent alternative rock experience and the perfect addition to any indie playlist.
