The Muster Point Project – “Como Los Jaivas”

Calgary, Canada-based indie rock band The Muster Point Project delivers their first single of 2024, with the release of, “Como Los Jaivas.” The Muster Point Project in an indie band consisting of members Kevin Franco (bass, piano, keys, guitars, mandolin, vocals), Martin Cappi (woodwinds), Julio Aguilar (woodwinds), and Silvio Centamore (drums), who released their debut album, The Muster Point Project, in 2021. Their latest release, “Como Los Jaivas,” is a fun track that combines elements of folk ballads and rock anthem into one dynamic jam. The instrumentation on the track is highlighted by alluring mandolins, delightful flutes, groovy bass, screaming guitars, and vivid drums. Transitions from the folky verses to the soaring rock chorus provides a captivating listening experience for the audience. Kevin’s bold vocal performance displays his versatility and growth as a singer as songwriter as “Como Los Javias” marks the first Spanish release for the band.
