Posted on March 10, 2024March 10, 2024 By James Kerr

Hull, Massachusetts-based alternative rock band Waxy Shellac and the Tasteless Apples present their new single “Hard to Love”. Waxy Shellac and the Tasteless Apples is a musical collective brought together by Fred Meltzer, who recently released their highly-acclaimed debut album, Shelf Life. Featured on the album is the single, “Hard to Love,” which blends elements of classic rock, power pop, and acoustic rock. Rich acoustic guitars, groovy bass, and bold drums combine to form a bluesy atmosphere and warm soundscape. Waxy Shellac delivers a smooth vocal performance that takes center stage and commands the attention of the listener. Lyrically, the artist steps into the shoes of a high-maintenance woman who demands to be praised with love an attention.
