Catlea – “Why Them?”

Posted on March 19, 2025March 19, 2025 By James Kerr

Cincinnati, Ohio-based alternative artist Catlea has unleashed her new single “Why Them?” Catlea is a rising singer/songwriter who is fresh off of the release of her album, Language Barrier. Featured on the album is the sensational track, “Why Them?,” which blends elements of alternative rock, dream pop, and indie. Grungy guitar riffs, driving bass, and punchy drums immerse the listener in an introspective soundscape. Catlea’s hypnotic vocals glide along the instrumentation with an angsty presence. The artist questions her reasoning behind paying attention to others before giving herself the attention she deserves. Catlea’s new single “Why Them?” is a stunning pop-rock hit and the perfect addition to any indie playlist. Learn more about Catlea on her official website and listen to “Why Them?” below.

“Why Them?” by Catlea was released to digital streaming platforms on March 6th, 2025, and is now playing on Indie Rock Hits.
