Windhoek, Namibia-based hip-hop artist Proklaim has dropped his new single “Celebrate.” Proklaim is a groundbreaking emcee who has been flooding the scene with genre-bending bangers since 2018. His latest release “Celebrate” is a smooth track that blends elements of conscious rap, boom-bap, and hip-hop. Wailing organs, jazzy keys, smooth bass, and light boom-bap drums immerse the listener in a musing soundscape.
