Mystic, Connecticut-based art rock band Delta of Venus has unveiled its second single, “Intertwined.” Delta of Venus is an emerging band that recently burst onto the scene in 2024 with its debut single, “Disengaged b/w Slipping.” Their latest release, “Intertwined,” is a spectacular tune that blends elements of art rock, dream pop, and post-punk. Dusty guitar riffs, smooth bass, atmospheric synths, and light drums immerse the listener in a shoegaze soundscape. Alluring vocals float delicately along the instrumentation with a mysterious presence. Accompanying the track is an acoustic version, which came about when bassist Mat Tarbox suggested it jokingly, but triggered a creative dive into new sonic textures.
