Paris, France-based folk artist Tom Hancock presents his new single, “I Could Have Run.” Tom Hancock is a talented singer/songwriter who recently made waves with his single, “Before.” His latest release, “I Could Have Run,” is a poignant track that blends elements of alt-folk, Americana, and soft rock. Thoughtful guitar melodies, smooth bass, and cinematic percussion immerse the listener in a ruminative state. Moody vocals illuminate the instrumentation with a haunting presence.
