Posted on September 17, 2022September 17, 2022 By James Kerr

Austin, Texas-based synth rock band, High Heavens, delivers their dual single, “Life is a Loan Shark/Hundred Bullets.” High Heavens is a musical-duo composed of Ernest Salaz and John Matthew Walker. The latest release is a double single featuring the two songs “Life is a Loan Shark” and “Hundred Bullets,” which both feature Jeremy Erwin on keyboards, George Lara and Juan Ramos from ‘90s art-punk band Glorium, and Conrad Keely from …And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead on sax and synths. Both songs are dreamy indie rock songs centered around emotional vocals, ethereal synths, and dramatic guitar riffs. The dual single of “Life is a Loan Shark/Hundred Bullets” by High Heavens is a relaxing indie rock journey and the perfect addition to any indie pop or alt rock playlist.
