Munk Duane – “Myths

Posted on October 21, 2022October 21, 2022 By James Kerr

Boston, Massachusetts-based soulful singer/songwriter, Munk Duane, debuts his latest single, “Myths.” Munk Duane is a musician and film composer who has seen a number of successful releases since his debut album, Argue With Gravity, in 2015. His latest single is a a melancholy neo-soul jam with folky lofi-guitar, R&B rhythms, and warm vocals. Lyrically, “Myths” is a song that asks the listener to look inside and realize that life is what you make it and you are in control of your own world. Speaking on the song’s themes, Duane states, “‘Myths’ is a tale of self-actualized reinvention. We are who we choose to be and we have the freedom to alter that narrative as we see fit, at any point.” Munk Duane’s latest single, “Myths,” is a wonderful neo-soul introspection and the perfect addition to any soul or indie pop playlist. “Myths” by Munk Duane was released to digital streaming platforms on October 14th, 2022 and is now playing on Purple Cadillac: Soul Vibes.
