LParley – “Marmalade”

Posted on December 30, 2022December 30, 2022 By James Kerr

Brighton, United Kingdom-based producer, LParley, delivers his debut single. “Marmalade.” LParley is a London-raised lyricists and producer who creates his music in unique ways, blending captured field recordings and blending them with analogue synths and drums patterns. His new single, “Marmalade,” is a high atmosphere track which was created using the sound of 35mm camera shutters, footsteps, and skips which were distorted and set amongst ethereal synths and slows building percussion. LParley adds smooth lyricism with delicate yet raspy flows set to a bouncy rhyme pattern. Coming off of a European tour with US hip-hop duo, Marlowe, LParley is set to release his debut EP early in 2023. “Marmalade,” is the first single released from the forthcoming EP, and is a perfect addition to any lofi hip-hop or soul playlist.

“Marmalade” by LParley was released to digital streaming platforms on November 22nd, 2022 and is now playing on Lofi Study Beats.
