Bargain Bin Heroes – Waiting For So Long

Posted on February 8, 2023February 8, 2023 By James Kerr

Fort Meyers, Florida-based ska-punk band, Bargain Bin Heroes, deliver their first EP of 2023 with the release of, Waiting For So Long. Bargain Bin Heroes are a punk rock band consisting of members, Eric (lead vocals/bass guitar), Aaron (trombone/vocals/xylophone), Rob (guitar/vocals), Amanda (saxophone), and Jimmy James (drums), who released their debut album, Droppin’ the Deuce, in 2018. Their latest EP, Waiting For So Long is the perfect blend of punk rock and ska. The EP kicks of with the heaveier track, “Getaway,” and then moves to the more ska-focused sound of the anthemic song, “All My Friends.” Track 3, “In My Dreams,” is a ska-ballad which leads into the bouncy song, “Full Circle.” The EP closes with the chaotic song, “Jumping The Shark,” and the nostalgic song, “Lost and Losing.” Bargain Bin Heroes new EP, Waiting For So Long, is a perfect listen for fans of Less Than Jake and Voodoo Glow Skulls.

Waiting For So Long by Bargain Bin Heroes was released to digital streaming platforms on February 3rd, 2023 and is now playing on Punk’s Not Dead.
