Posted on June 26, 2024June 26, 2024 By James Kerr

New York City, New York-based electronic pop group Mortal Prophets unveils their new EP, Meine Liebe. Mortal Prophets is a musical collective fronted by, John Beckmann, who released their debut single “Stomp the Devil” in 2022. Their latest release, Meine Liebe, is an eclectic 6-track project that blends elements of electronic pop, trip-hop and disco. The early seeds of the project were planted in 2018, when John discovered a mysterious record labelled, Meine Liebe. Astonished by the sounds on the vinyl, John set out the bring new life to the recording by infusing it with EDM and trip-hop production. The EP is a homage to the everlasting quality of music and the artist’s ability to reimagine the haunting sounds of the past. Mortal Prophet’s new EP, Meine Liebe, is a mind-blowing outing for the group and the perfect addition to any electronic playlist.
