Indianapolis, Indiana-based post-punk band Homunculus Algorithm has unleashed their new single “Sunkissed Shadows.” Homunculus Algorithm is a music project spearheaded by musician James Clark that released their debut album, Ace of Myths, in 2021. Their latest release “Sunkissed Shadows” is a sulking jam that blends elements of dark-wave, post-punk, and goth rock. Hypnotic guitar melodies, driving bass, and stiff percussion combine to create a brooding atmosphere. Gloomy vocals drape themselves over the instrumentation like a velvet cloak.
