St. Paul’s Bay, Malta-based musical composer, Leonardo Barilaro, takes us on a journey to space with his single, “Maleth.” Leonardo Barilaro is an Italian pianist and aerospace engineer whose goal is to play the first concert on Mars. His song, “Maleth,” is an amazingly beautiful piano composition which captivates the listeners with it’s building intensity guided by soundscapes that lure the mind into the vastness of space. On July 14th, 2022, “Maleth” was launched from Cape Canaveral, onboard the SpaceX CRS25 rocket, and was broadcasted from the International Space Station on August 15th, 2022 as it passed over Malta. “Maleth” is a wonderful piece of music that truly went to space.
